For salons, estheticians and beauty studios
How we help salons and estheticians with bookings, missed calls and repeat visits
Most people find a studio online, look at the services and prices, then book or call. Below is what we set up at each step, on apps you already use, and how we keep it running.
If you already book through an app like Vagaro, GlossGenius or Square, you keep it. We set up the pieces around it.
The examples use Tamsin Row Skin Studio, a made-up one-room studio, so you can picture your own.
When someone is looking for a facial
People usually look at a studio's services and prices before they book, often on their phone.
We build a services page that explains each treatment, how long it takes and what it costs, with a Book button on each one. The button opens the booking app you already use, so your calendar stays where it is.

Facials, peels and brows, by appointment.
A one-room studio on Tamsin Row. Every treatment starts with a look at your skin. What we set up: A website with a services page, linked to your booking app.
When you're with a client and the phone rings
In the middle of a treatment you can't pick up, and a caller who reaches voicemail may not leave a message.
When a call is missed, the caller gets a text right away with your booking link and a note that you'll reply later. If they write back, the replies come to your phone like any other text.
Hi, this is Tamsin Row Skin Studio. Sorry we missed your call, we’re with a client. You can book here: tamsinrow.com/book, or reply and we’ll text you back after 5.
Do you have anything Saturday morning?
Today 5:08 PMHi! Yes, 10am on Saturday is open. Want me to put you down?
What we set up: A text back when a call is missed, with your booking link.
Before the appointment
A client who forgets costs you the slot, and some treatments need you to know about medications or allergies first.
The day before, the client gets a reminder they can confirm by replying. For treatments like peels, the reminder links to a short skin form, and the answers reach you before they arrive.

Thanks, see you tomorrow!
What we set up: Reminder texts, and a skin form sent before the visit.
After the appointment
After a visit, clients need aftercare instructions, and many treatments work best repeated on a schedule.
We send an aftercare email for the treatment they had, ask for a review a couple of days later, and text them when their next visit is due, with your booking link.
Caring for your skin after your peel
Hi Maya, thanks for coming in today. For the next three days:
| Retinol and exfoliants | Skip them |
| Sunscreen | SPF 30 or higher, every day |
| Peeling skin | Let it come off on its own |
Peels work best as a series. Your next one is due in about four weeks.
Book your next peelWhat we set up: Aftercare emails, review requests and rebooking texts.
How we start
We begin with a short call about how clients book with you now. Then we set up missed-call text back for your studio, and the first month is free.
Before a business number can send texts, phone carriers require it to be registered. We handle the registration, which can take a few weeks, and your free month starts once texts are going out.
If you want more, we build the other pieces one at a time and maintain them after launch.
