For cafés, restaurants and event spaces

How we help cafés and event spaces with rentals, events and regulars

People look a café up before they visit, and some are looking for a place to hold a party. Below is what we set up for each, on apps you already use, and how we keep it running.

If you already use a point-of-sale system like Toast or Square, you keep it. We set up the website and the pieces around it.

The examples use Tessaly Café, a made-up café with a back room it rents out, so you can picture your own.

When someone looks you up

Before a first visit, people usually check the hours, the menu and how to get there, often straight from a Google search.

We keep your website and your Google listing in step, so the hours, menu and holiday closures match in both places.

What we set up: A website with your menu and hours, matched to your Google listing.

When someone wants to rent your space

Rental inquiries often arrive as a DM or a phone call, and it takes a few messages just to learn the date and the size of the group.

We add a page for your space with its capacity, packages and prices, and a request form that asks for the date, time, guest count and occasion. The person gets an automatic reply right away, and you confirm with a link to pay the deposit.

When you host events

Classes, open mics and game nights need people to hear about them, and some need a head count.

We add an events page where people RSVP or buy a spot, and they get a reminder text the day before.

After a rental or event

People who have rented your room or come to a class already know you, so it's worth staying in touch.

After a rental, the host gets a thank-you with a link to leave a review. Once a month, your list gets a short email with what's coming up.

Hi Jordan, thank you for hosting your shower in the Back Room. If you have a minute, a Google review helps other people find us.

What we set up: Thank-you emails with review requests, and a monthly what's-on email.

How we start

We begin with a short call about your space and how people ask about it now. Then we build a rental request form for your space for free, with your packages and an automatic reply. You can use it whether or not you work with us.

If you want more, we build the other pieces one at a time and maintain them after launch.
